Today was one of the busiest days at COH as patients were getting their appointments and chemo in before the Thanksgiving weekend. Jay received his Pre-Thanksgiving Chemo Feast. He began the day with his blood draw that resulted in (in the doctor's words) 'good numbers for someone receiving the type of treatment he's getting.' After his check up he got pentamidine and later finished the day with vincristine. Tonight he will begin another week of decadron.
With chemo behind him, he can now focus on Thanksgiving and some baseball this weekend.

  1. With those good numbers in tow, we have zillion reasons to be thankful for during the Holidays.
