About Jaylon

Jaylon was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on December 3, 2008 at the age of 

8 years old. He completed treatment March 26, 2012. Unfortunately on June 21, 2012 he suffer a setback and had an Isolated Late CNS relapse. Jaylon is on his 2nd journey to recovery.
